l Collettivo di fabbrica Gkn è una struttura operaia creata nel 2017 nello stabilimento Gkn di Campi Bisenzio dopo quasi dieci anni di elaborazione di un modello sindacale partecipativo e rivendicativo. Dal 9 luglio 2021 il Collettivo di fabbrica diventa protagonista, insieme alla struttura sindacale, della vertenza contro la delocalizzazione dello stabilimento attraverso l’assemblea permanente e l’autogestione di fatto della fabbrica. Lancia la parola d’ordine Insorgiamo e si forma un movimento di solidarietà che si organizza attorno al Gruppo di supporto.
