<div><span style="font-family: Arial;">—<br /> Cari/e amici/e,<br /> nell’inviarvi il resoconto periodico della nostra azione in Consiglio, mi riesce impossibile non accennare alle misure economiche varate poche ore fa dal Consiglio dei Ministri del governo Monti. Sono misure molto forti che meritano un’analisi approfondita e i cui effetti sulla vita reale delle persone si vedranno solo nel corso dei prossimi mesi, quando ad esempio si concretizzerà il taglio dei trasferimenti alle Regioni traducibile in minori servizi. </span></div>

<div><span style="font-family: Arial;">Fin d’ora tuttavia qualcosa si può dire: non c’è una vera patrimoniale, non c’è una tassazione delle transazioni finanziarie, non c’è una riduzione delle spese militari, non c’è l’introduzione dell’ICI su immobili commerciali di proprietà della Chiesa, non ci sono reali misure antievasione, non c’è una revisione dei finanziamenti per le "grandi opere", c’è una timidissima riduzione dei costi della politica. <div><span style="font-family: Arial;"><br /> Con questa manovra il peso della crisi ricade invece soprattutto sulle fasce più povere della popolazione che si vedono decurtare i servizi e aumentare tasse e il costo della vita con l’aumento dell’IVA (con il mancato adeguamento di pensioni a partire da 900 euro) per non parlare del miraggio di avere una pensione con 40 anni di contributi considerando quale è oggi il nostro mercato del lavoro. C’è bisogno di aggiungere che in Italia oggi il 10% della popolazione detiene più della metà della ricchezza? Perché non far pagare di più a quel 10% che ben poco soffrirà per dover pagare maggiormente, come prevede la manovra, il possesso di barche di lusso e elicotteri privati? Del resto, non sarà un caso se le parole più positive vengono pronunciate in queste ore da Alfano e Marcegaglia. </span></div>
<div><span style="font-family: Arial;"><br /> La materia è complessa ma non può essere riservata solo agli addetti ai lavori; per questo, nel ciclo di incontri citati qui sotto abbiamo cominciato un  approfondimento che riteniamo utile per non subire passivamente quel che ci viene presentato come "necessario" e che è in realtà frutto di scelte e di rapporti di forza. Vediamo che in città si stanno moltiplicando momenti di analisi, confronto e approfondimento, ai quali crediamo si utile partecipare, come ad esempio sabato 9 al Puccini- ore 10-16,30- il Forum nazionale "La via d’uscita.
